Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RYDR Delivery, we believe in fairness. Below are our policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

Free Cancellation

You can cancel your booking within 5 minutes of placement at no charge.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made after 5 minutes incur a fee of ₹50 to compensate our riders.

Failed Pickups

If a rider cannot complete pickup due to incorrect address or no response, we may charge the base fare.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash refunds will be provided as RYDR credits within 24 hours.
